Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated resolution therapy (ART) is a relatively new treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that was developed by Laney Rosenzweig over a decade ago. It is derived from Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, but according to its creator, it is more directive, can be administered in a shorter amount of time, and is easier to learn.
