“Water Shiatsu” is a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and passive aquatic therapy. Ideal for physical relief of back pain and muscular tension because the support of water takes weight off the vertebrae and allows the spine to be moved more fluidly.
Watsu also works to wash away stress and anxiety and helps with insomnia, but it can go much deeper—as a range of emotions can arise and be released into the process of continuous flow.
